New Features Provide Resellers and Clients with Greater Control over Setup and Delivery of ETran Accounts Receivable Software Solution

Omaha, NE July 22, 2014 – Financial Transmission Network Inc. (“FTNI”), a provider of integrated payment and receivables management software, announced today new enhancements to its ETran Administration Module.  The enhancements allow FTNI’s clients and resellers increased ease in deploying and managing clients using ETran, the Company’s award-winning accounts receivable software solution.

ETran’s Administration Module allows clients and resellers to setup new sites, add new hardware, configure new bank and credit card processing accounts as well as tailoring individual user entitlements quickly and easily allowing them to “self-service” their clients.  The Administration Module also includes FTNI’s fraud and risk monitoring solution, Proactive Payment Monitor (“PPM”), to help its clients and resellers monitor all transactions for unusual activity.  Some of the new “one-click” features incorporated in the release include:

  • Enable/Disable Intelligent Invoice Matching
  • Mask accounts/sites by user
  • Auto generate and email digital receipts, customized by client
  • Ability to turn on/off single and recurring ACH transactions by customer
  • Ability to turn on/off single and recurring credit card transactions by customer
  • Allow for cascading meta data fields
  • View transactions by Country code
  • Select from full menu of reports to make available to each site/user

In keeping with ETran’s granular structure, all features can be administered down to the individual user level thereby allowing complete customization on a user by user basis.

This is the latest module from FTNI’s ETran platform which incorporates check scanning, ACH processing, credit card processing and ID verification on a single, PCI-compliant, cloud-based, managed platform (“SaaS”) to help clients reduce costs, accelerate timelines and improve transaction processing quality.

Kurt M. Matis, President of FTNI added, “Our partners and resellers, as well as our direct clients, continue to want to setup and manage new clients, sites and users quickly and easily.  These enhancements expand on that self-service model to allow more streamlined delivery and management of the ETran solution and improve the accounts receivable management.”
